Hurricane Milton Resident Testimonial

Hear from Anne:

"I want to commend our wonderful leasing office for their outstanding job in communicating to the residents about hurricane Milton. Amy, Cindy, Gizelle, and Ryszard worked tirelessly in preparation for this hurricane along with Joel and Jimmy from the maintenance staff, and Alex from the owner America Walks. Their job was huge as we had all the furniture taken off the pool deck and stored in closets and other furniture tied together securely. We were totally safe here and I did not even hear the rain and winds from the night as it passed by. Thank you America Walks for designing an amazing, safe, and luxurious apartment complex. All of us that live here are very fortunate. You can be too, when you come to Encore at Tradition to live."

Hurricane Milton Resident Testimonial

Hear from Mark:

"I think the team does a fantastic job of preparing the community for hurricanes. Considering much of our community population is older and with mobility limitations in many cases you have to assume every event could be catastrophic and prepare accordingly. Grave consequences could occur if you downplay it and then have to react at the last minute. Even though taking it to a level of full preparedness may cause residents some anxiety, I believe the continuous communications and execution of a well thought plan ultimately alleviated those fears. I am also impressed with the level of actions taken to ensure that not only was everyone as safe as possible but our beautiful amenities were protected as much as possible. Finally, I am very impressed how the entire team mobilized during the preparations and cleanup afterwards. You all demonstrate the team in teamwork. You probably aren’t aware, but I was a volunteer firefighter/medic for 30 years and a certified incident commander. I also served as the associate hospital incident commander for the hospital I was stationed at before moving to Florida. As such I can speak to situational responses like this with a perspective of both training and experience. Thank you for the opportunity to share my thoughts. I truly appreciate your willingness to always strive for improvement and excellence."
